I was trying to unlock with usb cable but the box would not read the phone ,so I tryed with UART cable and it works fine,but before you have to set up the phone the same way like you are doing with USB but insted choose USB you will choose UART
micro-UART cable:
1. Phone must be powered on.
2. Type
*#7284# and choise phone UART.
3. Type *#197328640#, select: Common - Diag
Config - UART diag.
4. Reboot phone.
5. Connect UART "C3300k cable".
6. Select z3x port in port settings.
7. Press "Read codes"
button
