Hard reset Samsung S3 MINI I8190

I don't know why, but some S3 Mini will not reset pressing the buttons combinations,here is another solution to master clear your S3 mini
1-Download and extract this WIPE program on your desktop:

2-Download Odin :

3-Make sure you have the drivers installed for your S3 mini

4-Open Odin and select PDA and browse the WIPE program

5-Now put your phone in download mode: Turn off your phone ,press volume down + center button + power ,you will see a yellow triangle ,now you press volume up and connect the usb cable and press start.
