Press and hold volume button up and down + power at the same time.
Press power button and with volume button select wipe data/factory reset
Now that press the menu button on the bottom of the screen (the 3 lines on the left side next to the home
button) if nothing happens try to swipe your finger over the menu button. Please see photo.
Ninja, few days ago acquired this model, but I did a root .... later trabo me and I carried him a har reset .... everything went fine .. the only problem is that it gives me access to online Call, only emergency ... the sims left me disabled?? as active again?

i own this phone and it worked fine until a couple of weeks ago the battery died. when i tried to turn it on again it started normally until it got the blu logo, then it froze. I've tried everything, i even reset it to the factory settings and it still doesn't work. Do you have any idea what might be the problem? anything would be helpful thanks.
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately this model has this common problem,we got a lot of returns here in the company with this same problem, we could not find any solution,if you have warranty I recommend you to return or replace.
