Put the phone in bootloader mode,vol.down +play+power and connect the usb cable let the computer read your phone ,if the computer don't recgonize make sure you have installed the drivers ,you can download here:

Open RSD lite and on the "filename" choose the SBF file you've downloaded ,when you see on the program port n 1 connected press start and wait until is done.
