Hard reset (factory reset) BLU STUDIO 5.3S

Turn off the phone

 Press VOL.UP and power

 Hold VOL.UP you will see a green screen KEEP HOLDING until turns red than release

Menu will appear ,with the volume button scroll down to "wipe data/factory reset",select with power button

Scroll down and select "yes delete all user data" press power

Now select "reboot system now"
DONE.
If works ,say thank you Ninja!

    did not work stays locked in reboot mode go's off comes back on lights up says blu then stops and locks that way....lit up with the name blu

      Than your phone has a softaware problem, a hard reset will not fix, you have to reinstall the OS of your phone
